TESTICLE FESTIVAL starting on Wednesday, February 1st and ending on February 28, 2017.
NO rescue groups and NO foster animals please; only privately owned animals.
Spay and Neuter Solutions will finance spay and neuter surgeries for cats and dogs of LOW INCOME families.
There is no limit per household.
Male and female cats and dogs, cost just $5.
Application and appointment required.
To apply: click on "Apply for Help" on the left side bar and complete an online application for each pet. The application will contain the list of participating veterinarians.
