Application for Financial Assistance Thanks to generous donations from the public, Spay and Neuter Solutions may provide partial or full financial assistance with spaying and neutering to qualified pet owners. Unfortunately, we cannot help rescue groups or people who are fostering for rescue groups. Please respect this restriction!
